NOTIFICATION
Pursuant to Article XIII [4] of the Constitution of Forum Kandungan Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia, the Council has prepared the rules and procedures of the Complaints Bureau under a document titled “Complaints Bureau By-Laws”.
Pursuant to Article XVII [2] of the Constitution of Forum Kandungan Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia, we bring to the Members attention of the Complaints Bureau By-Laws as adopted by the Council on 13 June 2006 and is made public here.
These By-Laws will be effective as of 12 September 2006.
