Encik Mohd Mustaffa Fazil, the Executive Director of the Content Forum was invited to be a resource speaker along with the MCMC at a workshop organised by the Clearinghouse for Tobacco Control, National Poison Centre of Malaysia on 6 August 2007 at the Palace of the Golden Horses, Kuala Lumpur. The speaking engagement was primarily for the interactive workshop held at the latter half of the day and all attendees were provided with the Content Code.
